In my osteopathic approach, I draw from the essence of yoga to enhance body awareness, although we do not practice traditional yoga poses. 
Our senses - sight, hearing, taste, smell, touch, and mind — are the gateways to our consciousness. But the key that truly guides our well-being lies in observing the sensations they spark in our body.

I invite you to be fully present with each breath and movement, welcoming thoughts and emotions with openness and kindness.

Gentle movements : inspired by yoga and Thai massage, the movements I incorporate are specially designed to gently prepare your body for osteopathic adjustments.

Mind-body connection : by encouraging full awareness of your sensations, we enhance the effectiveness of the care, allowing you to become an active participant in your own healing and deepening your internal connection.

Postural support : when needed, I offer yoga-inspired postures to reinforce the benefits of our sessions, helping to improve your posture and overall well-being.
